ACE System Emails

Unfortunately due to a system error no automated emails were sent from ACE to system users between 26 December 2013 and midday 7 January 2014.

 

This error has now been corrected and all automated emails from this period have been sent this afternoon. Please be aware some of the emails received today contain historic information so please check the system directly for up-to-date information, for example, you may receive emails regarding candidate rejections which have now been resolved.

ACE System Upgrade on 18th December 2013

The ACE system will be unavailable for use from 8am on 18th December until 8am on Thursday 19th December to enable significant upgrade work to be undertaken.

ACE Upgrades Complete

8th May 2013

All of the planned ACE Upgrades (see here) were completed over the weekend without a hitch.

 

We even had time to throw in an extra upgrade as a pre-Christmas bonus for you all :-) . You can now edit every field in the learner’s record when they get rejected including framework/level/pathway and start/completion date. Therefore you no longer need to contact the ACE Support Team to unlock the learner before making the amendments.
