The ACE system has recently been updated to prevent the same user login being used multiple times. This is a security feature to help prevent against fraud within the certification process.

You will need to leave it 10-15 mins, clear your cookies and favourites of the ACE site and enter the site manually into the web browser.

Remember to click the logout button when you are finished with the ACE site and don’t just close the tab/browser.

Acceptable Evidence Guidance – 1st March Update

In December 2017, we updated the latest version of the Acceptable Evidence Guidance for ACE. since then we have made the following changes:

New Pages
We have added a new Awarding Organisation: Agored

Changes to Existing Pages
AQA: we have added a new certificate to reflect the GCSE English and Maths numeric grading.
OCR: we have added an updated version of the Interchange General Qualification Printout.
Pearson: we have added a BTEC Essential Skills Confirmation Report.
