Dear Colleagues,
We have had an overwhelming response to the sessions we have scheduled for early September and the demand was greater than we had originally catered for. As a result of this we closed the booking form yesterday.
However, we have now been able to alter our arrangements in order that we can now offer 2 separate sessions at each of the venues. We will now have a morning session 11am – 1pm and an afternoon session 2 – 4pm. We will, however, be able to offer lunch as there is no capacity at the venues for us to accommodate all attendees at the same time!
Unfortunately, even with the 2 separate sessions, the London event on 3rd September is full booked already. However, we still have places available at both Crewe on 9th September (50 places) and Leeds on 11th September (40 places).
As before, places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis and one place per organisation will be allocated. We are aware that many of you have already registered for an event and did indicate that you wanted to bring along a colleague but it is unlikely that we will be able to accommodate the second delegate. For those already registered at Leeds and Crewe, it is likely that you will be allocated a place for the morning sessions and bookings being made from today will be for the afternoon sessions. For London, we will allocate the first set of bookings for the morning session and the later ones to the afternoon session.
Confirmation e-mails for all sessions will be sent out during w/b 18th August.
We have now re-opened the booking form for you to register for the sessions.
We will be monitoring bookings closely and as soon as we have reached capacity for all venues we will be closing the booking facility. If there is demand, we will look to organise some additional sessions in the latter half of September.
If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact us at ace@fisss.org.
Kind regards
Federation team
