Unravelling the Mystery of Acceptable Evidence – Yvonne Ryan
The aim of this workshop is to help you understand the differences in evidence requirements, standards, rules and regulations and what Certification Bodies are looking for in your evidence. Helping you to reduce the rejections and ask any questions that you may have from previous experience.
Simplification & Electronic Transfer of Data – Cutting through the Techno Geek – Gregg Moreton
This interactive session is aimed at showing delegates how the electronic transfer of candidates qualifications data from Awarding Bodies and other organisations such as the SFA will reduce the admin burden and increase processing times whilst ensuring robustness and quality.
From Data Entry to Bar Chart: How Our Data Analysis Can Work For You – Stuart McLay and Claire Scott
In this workshop we show you first-hand how the data we collect is converted into infographics that can reveal vital information for your organisation. Take away examples of the analyses we can provide for you, and be the first to find out about the proposed dashboard that lets you download charts straight from ACE. It’s also a great opportunity for you to let us know what you need.
Quality Assurance – Setting Standards and Benchmarking Excellence – Richard Bloxam
Gain an insight into the quality assurance of apprenticeship certification processing, find out how we ensure that all of our certification bodies are working to a common and consistent standard. This workshop will also include the main reasons for non-compliance and the work that goes in to the continuous improvement of the service.
ACE – The Future – Jamie Smith
On the 1st April 14, The Federation will be launching ACE 2.0. This workshop will allow you to see first hand the upgrades planned for the system and discuss the ways in which ACE can do more for you and your organisation.
The Federation – The 3 W’s – Alison Bucknell
This interactive session will give you the opportunity to discover more about the work of The Federation by exploring the 3 W’s – the WHO, the WHAT and the WHY.
