The ACE system has recently been updated to prevent the same user login being used multiple times. This is a security feature to help prevent against fraud within the certification process.

You will need to leave it 10-15 mins, clear your cookies and favourites of the ACE site and enter the site manually into the web browser.

Remember to click the logout button when you are finished with the ACE site and don’t just close the tab/browser.

Pearson Evidence- Missing Logos July 2016

On the 28^th of July, Pearson advised the Federation of a small printing error on their ‘Notification of Performance’ evidence. Between 19^th and 26^th of July 2016, a small sample of this evidence was printed without the Qualification Regulator logos (Ofqual & Qualifications Wales) being present. As you will know, this evidence is actually in our unacceptable list however some Certification Bodies need to view the unit information and this may have looked like tampered evidence.
