This Apprenticeship has been designed with the help of employers to attract new people into
the property sector and to upskill the existing workforce. Intermediate apprentices will work as
junior sales and customer contact staff responsible for preparation of property information and
their distribution, initial contact with potential customers and providing initial advice to
prospective buyers and tenants. They make sure that all the information on properties are
accurate and complete and that potential customers have the necessary information as well as
arranging for viewings. Advanced apprentices will be negotiators and be involved in selling
products and services to customers, organising market appraisals of properties and negotiate
the sale and lettings of property.
