Apprenticeships for occupations in the Plumbing and Heating Industry are designed to meet the industry’s competence requirements. At Intermediate Level you will be involved in the installation or service and maintenance of plumbing systems eg baths, pipework, drains, radiators and heating systems. Then at Advanced Level you may also work with gas/solid fuel boilers and Environmental Technologies eg Solar Thermal; Ground/Air Source Heat Pumps; Water Harvesting etc
